I 100% agree with Ms. Cindy Frederick. I am a professor and as I began my research for hernia repair I came across a few videos of Dr. Szotek. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional on the subject of non-invasive hernia repair. Dr. Szotek is an amazing doctor. He has the ability to be so because he is independent and works for himself instead of a group or hospital. He worked with my other surgeon to get my hernia repairs completed in the same surgery so I only had to go under twice. But again, this was so easily facilitated because my other doctor was independent as well. 10/10 recommend Dr. Szotek!
Dr. Szotek maintains a very streamlined and efficient practice. And at the same time, he takes great time and effort to give his patients the best care and best long term outcomes possible.
This doctor was great the First time my husband had a procedure we were so pleased with his attitude and business practices. The second time was the total opposite. My husband has had this pain for 2 years and if he didn’t want to do the surgery he should have said something in the beginning instead of waiting a few days before. Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating. If people don’t want to do their job they should find something else! Can’t tell you how disappointing this is.
