I’ve been a patient of Dr Naour since a surgery in 2013 didn’t go as expected. He helped with the pain from first visit to present. I’ve ALWAYS found him sympathetic, kind, understanding, NEVER rushed or rude. His staff the same way, especially Sandra. I’ve never been to a better run office. Dr Naour listens to my complaints and addresses them at every visit.

He's helped me so much. I'm like a new person. And now he's leaving MCO. I am crushed.

Dr. Naour is a very caring & compassionate pain management doctor. He gave me an injection some years ago for pain before my 2nd TKR surgery, his staff was very compassionate & helpful. I still have him as a doctor just in case I need more injections in the future & I see him annually for one of my pain management scripts. If you need a pain management specialist, he would vpbe a good one to have.

Dr. Naour, This post is in response of your post. I understand about schedules and unforeseen things can happen. Even if you do not have the time to see a patient, you can at least go in and introduce yourself and explain that things had become jumbled up. I would have been fine with that, but you, not your staff gave me the impression you just did not want to bother with me. I've worked in the medical field for years and being polite goes a long way for patient and doctor. Thanks

Business response:

Agreed. Thank you so much for this feedback. I have made adjustments in my clinic and schedule management since understanding your concern, to avoid having future patients feel this way. I certainly understand why you felt that way and I'm sorry for that. Best wishes to you.

Dr. Naour treated me like i was some sort of frequent flying drug seeker. I have never felt so completely and uterly dismissed. Maybe he should go back to anesthesia. Perhaps he does better with unconscious patients.

My daughter who is disabled with cerebral palsy went to see Dr. Naour for help developing a pain medication management plan. He basically treated her in a condescending manner wanting to know why she was referred to him in the first place. When she asked for help with breakthrough pain management he basically said, that is not what we are here for, go to the E.R. He acted frustrated, insecure (he kept telling her that he was good at what he does), and on top of it just not very nice.
