Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment started and checked in. So 45 minutes passed and I’m still waiting in the lobby. I inquired about the doctor whereabouts and I was told he’s running late. So after being there for an hour, I was still not seen. Finally I asked can I reschedule because I’m tired of waiting. Very frustrating that my time was wasted.
