Dr. K canceled one hour before my appointment. I was very understanding about the cancellation, it happens. They said that they cannot fit me in until February 26 after waiting 3 months and dealing with terrible head pain. The scheduler that I was dealing with was very nasty and said, 'doctor's cancel all the time, you're going to have to wait.' Your staff needs some lessons in compassion. I do not want to go to a doctor that can cancel at any time but not care about the patient.
