No bed side manner. Doesn’t follow up. Un available to leave urgent message with service. When pa said he would call us . Un safe practice Doesn’t explain anything. Called for follow up. 3 weeks it’ll next appointment. Office staff should be trained better in why you need appointment and is it urgent.
I had a very unsatisfactory experience with Dr. Kastoulakos. I saw him for chronic back pain. He ordered an MRI, put me on Lyrica and was to come back in a month. I had a very bad reaction to Lyrica. When I called his office I was told to reduce the dosage and, by the way, we have to change your appointment to two months instead of one. There was no concern for my problem or scheduling an appointment sooner. I would NOT recommend this doctor or group to anyone.
Dr. K helped me with my tremors within our first visit together. Now I am no longer self conscious in public. Wish I had seen him years ago! I have recommended him to my sister who also has tremors. Great doctor!
I have seen Dr. K for several years for my brain injury. His office staff is also very kind and helpful in making urgent appointments. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Kostoulakos was very friendly, he made me feel very comfortable with my office visits. Found out very quickly my problem and was able to refer me to a surgeon. Staff was very friendly also. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Kostoulakos to family and friends.
A great doctor! Met him in the hospital and then followed -up in the office after 2 weeks. He diagnosed me quickly, and I have been feeling much better with his treatment. Glad to have Dr. K taking care of me!
This is a very unacceptable practice of allowing patients to be seen from 4pm to 5:30pm the following day to be seen in the hospital. I was discharged at 8am pending the neurologist visit. At 5:30 pm I was still not seen. Very poor practice
Excellent experience! Very easy to talk to and very helpful with my neuropathy. I would highly recommend !!!
