Only been twice to Dr Lenz’s practice and I really like that he takes his time to explain why I was in pain, he even draw an image to show me what was going on with my knee muscles. Very respectful and profesional. The only “bad” thing is that they stoped opening on Saturdays and don’t give appointments, they close around 4pm and that is not working for me since I work until 4pm.
This facility wasted my time they are incompetent! do yourself a favor and go somewhere else..
Incompetent staff, Alejandra shows no accountability or responsibility for her or her coworkers actions. Baffles me how a person like her is able to get a nurses license. Will be sure to file a complaint with the Texas Board of Nursing. Absolutely avoid this office if just for her alone. Your health is worth more than the attention they give it.
Dr Lenz is about the only physician i truly trust. Same for PA Larry.I have been a patient of Dr. Lenz since he came to Brownville 30+ years ago. My concerns are with his lab techs. I had an appointment for 8:45 am. After 10:15 I asked office what was taking so long. The sent me in to sit in the lab waiting room. It was crowded. FYIi had not seen a single patient leave with a bandage for over a half hour.
