He did the most surgeries in Charlotte NC for over 20 years and over 50% are deemed unnecessary. Enough said. He did 2 levels instead of 1 that we talked about. 2005, 7years after the fusion I would get epidurals above and below fusion which led to adhesive arachnoiditis a horrible condition. Epidurals are not FDA approved for good reason. Thanks Dr T !!!

I had major lumbar spine surgery with Dr. Tsahakis in 2015. It was a complex case. He is very passionate about what he does and seemed to actually enjoy the dozens of questions I had . When the decision came for surgery, he made a very clear case for the approach he wanted to take. None of the other surgeons i consulted did that. He took the time to explain everything that i wanted explained He is very meticulous and was very focused on acheiving the best possible outcome.

Dr. Tsahakis is one of the best surgeons at Total Spine Specialists. He is very personable and has helped me tremendously.

Half of all spine surgeries done are later deemed unnecessary. Paul task skis does 300 a year. Enough said. Therapist,radiologist wonder how he is still able to practice. Families destroyed. Church members, ex golf buddies, business owners. If you are trusting and trust him and assist be scared. Money 60 k and 5 k for non fad approved shots. It's all about the money!
