The 1 rating is 100% for the dog, as the dog was the only positive part of my experience. There was no talk about what my care plan would look like. Every visit continued with the same two pressure points on my back being touched over the quick one minute visits. He had a non caring, fluff off, response later when I was verbal about how my pain(that was not in my back) was continuing to worsen. I recieved one acupuncture appointment. I attended chiropractic sessions with Dr. Given for four weeks, three times per week. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. Each session lasted less than a minute, and I often felt the treatment was rushed. It seemed the plan was being extended mainly to increase the number of visits, rather than to offer a sustainable, effective solution. I've been going to him since April 2024. And I've seen and felt little & big changes in my pain on a daily basis. His staff are very kind and understanding, tho one of them, you might have to bribe with doggy snacks! I do 100% recommend them!
