One star because he did get the referral sent over for my MRI. But aside from that this has been the worst experience I've ever had with a specialist. 15 BUISNESS days waiting for a response to the patient portal. Only answers to what the results of my MRI are were sent in medical jargon and terms that mean nothing to me. Office manager finally called to speak with me at the time of the Neuro-Opthamology appointment scheduled WITH IU Neurology so obviously unable to discuss at that time.
waiting since Sept 6th for a send in a refill request. His office ignores our call AND the pharmacy calls.
Long story short, after struggling for a long time, I sought help from multiple doctors and nurse practitioners. After events that let me to Dr. Bustion, he was the first doctor to actually listen to me. He's no nonsense and answers all of my many questions. I extremely appreciate him and this office.
