Dr. Free was very professional, took time to answer all our questions, and had a great sense of humor. His staff was friendly and helpful. The experience turned out better than we could have expected!
Dr. Free is really one of the Best Drs my husband & I have gone to. He sits down & listens to what is going on with you. He is great on understanding symptoms & treaments. Dr. Free is always nice & respectful. We would recommend Dr. Free to anyone who needs an ENT.
Excellent experience each time I have seen Dr. Free. Very knowledgeable, experienced, and great personality (bedside manner). The entire office staff is exceptional, and truly go out of their way for you.
I go to the Fayetteville office and the staff is always down-to-earth and helpful, as is Dr. Free. Dr.Free addresses my concerns and walks me through the strategy for improving my health. I also luv that this office sends the appointment voicemails. It helps me with my busy schedule to remember what time I need to be there and what I need to bring.
I have been to Dr. Free twice and both experiences have been great. The office is very clean and organized. The staff if friendly and professional. Dr. Free took his time to explain everything to me like very few doctors do anymore. I felt like I was not just a patient that they had to get out of there so he could get on to the next one. I was so impressed that I sent my husband. His experience was just as good as mine. I highly recommend him.
I give this Dr credit for saving my life!!! I went to many Doctors that would not take my complaints seriously, then I found Dr Free and he not only listened but he diagnosed my mastoiditis, that had gotten way out of hand. I could go on for days but I will just say this Doctor is Awesome and he cares about his patients

I have worked with the best and the worse.I can said Dr Free is one of the best of the best.He is compassion, caring, knowledgeable, concerned about his patient, professional and explained all his plan of treatment for me. I never felt he was rushing when I asked questions. Each visit I felt confident that he was really concern in helping improve or eliminate my diagnosis. The office staff are very cheerful and friendly
