He’s not “on top of things.” Either a lazy doctor or else a VERY ineffective disorganized office staff. Always seemed unprepared for out visits and acts like you are just a brief nusance or like a bother to him until/unless it is apparent that insurance has easy money lined up quick. The “staff” part of the office does not seem to know ot else care about real “case management.” I’m not sure how well he is at surgery, for all I know he is ok.
