Last week I told my Dr. (Stan Owen) about allergies and eczema my daughter (22 months) been dealing with since birth and he recommended Dr Niolet in Ocean Springs. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Niolet and his wonderful staff for 2 years now. The staff really cares. After continuing treatments my daughter's chronic eczema is manageable. She is in far less pain and can live a normal kindergartner life.
