I am giving the Dental Associates of Florida on 4040 Upper Creek Dr. Sun City Center, FL a one-star rating, I wish I could give less. My journey started 22+ months ago & is finally ending by using a different very Professional Dental location. But before my complaint is told I just want to say Michele the Receptionist & the Dental Assistants are not part of the complaint. They are the only professional employees at this location. If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr Yaeger is professional, caring, painless and talks you through the entire process. KT is an angel.....compassionate, never leaves your side and gives you a constant pep talk. Very reassuring. I had my entire top row of teeth extracted, no pain, no complications afterwards. Cannot recommend highly enough. Bravo....Carylann Flynn
Staff was friendly and courteous. They were able to provide a comprehensive care plan that was understandable and effective.
Simply the best, good to me, pain-free in my experience, conservative approach, spotless cleanings.
This was my first visit to the Bartow office. I got an appointment right a way. I had no waiting when I got there. All of the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I need alot of work that needs taking care of. Dr. Fenton explained everything and I was given an estimate with no waiting. When checking out the front desk girls were awesome. I'm so happy to have found this office. I will recommend them with 5 stars. Sincerely🤗
