Rushing, I left my id in the car but the blonde at the front told me I could email it to her. She gave me the email and paperwork I did the papers & emailed her my id & she said she had it & I could see it clear on her computer screen. My son has to get tubes placed in his ear and I was asking a bunch of questions as it’s my first child and I didn’t know what was happening. The doctor kept saying the surgery could have been over for how long these questions are taking and someone else can explain all your questions to you at the pre op. I think they had the appointments so booked he didn’t have time to do more than just say yep have surgery and move on. It was very unprofessional. Get the insurance right before an appointment ..blonde at the desk was very rude. .
On time, effective and pleasant. We called on Monday and were seen on Wednesday. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. Dr Evangelisti was competent, personable, and funny. He offered thorough explanations of both examination results or findings as well as procedures.
I've been seeing Dr.Evangelisti for over 15 years. He has a great staff, and I like his direct to the point patient care.
