Best orthodontist in town! He has a great reputation and both my boys' teeth look beautiful!
We had a terrible experience with Patrick Turley. He was impossible to schedule appointments with, keeps very limited office hours, and worst of all, he is an unethical person. When he sold his Santa Monica practice to another orthodontist, he sent a letter to his then-current patients explaining that he added an associate to help with scheduling in the office, never explaining that he was leaving the practice and leaving his patients to a stranger. He was reported to the ethics board governing the orthodontics industry.
Dr. Patrick and his staff are very professional! They are wonderful to the kids and have a state of the art program! The kids feel very comfortable there and trust Dr. Patrick! I recommend this office highly!
Dr. Turley is really calm and we loved going to his office, had a bad experience with another close by orthodontist. Dr. Turley is the BEST in Manhattan Beach!
My daughter is 8 years old has been a patient of Dr. Turley's for over 3 years. He has taken a preventive approach which will minimize major structural problems in the future (such that her parents suffered from). She does not complain about going to her appointments, but rather seems to enjoy the time and the relationship she has with the staff such as Laura and Dr. Turley. Definitely not someone I would recommend to anyone. I wish I would've read the reviews before I signed up with this Orthodontist. His time tables have been vastly inaccurate, I've personally had to go there for twice as long as he said I would. There has been many insurance billing problems. On top of all of that, he decided to move offices without letting his patients know this was going to happen. It very much seems he is set to retire now, often taking off several days a week.
