This office is the best! The nicest staff I’ve ever come across. Dr Overfelt was great too and very helpful explaining things!
I was referred to Dr. Shannon for evaluation for prevention of tooth loss which seemed to indicate the likelihood of surgical intervention. Dr. Shannon indicated that surgical interventions weren't appropriate given my current situation and explained why. He could have recommended more frequent scaling and cleaning, but again, he did not. I suggested seeing him for every other cleaning which he agreed to . This is a great practice to go to for periodontal needs. This was my 2nd time coming here to get work done by the referral of my dentist. I had Dr. Overfelt (who is only at this practice on Fridays) who did crown lengthening for me. He is very kind, compassionate, patient, empathetic, and understanding; especially since the procedure had to be rescheduled due to an issue I had with my blood pressure being too high.
