My anger and frustration is based on their OFFICE MANAGER who sent me to collections for $80 (2 “no show” fees) although disputed, with documentation. My credit score of 807 drastically dropped to 712 over two $40 fees including a letter terminating my patient right for treatment. All of this during a PANDEMIC! I am appalled of the inappropriate action of their office manager. My credit report clearly shows my dispute against these two fees. Who does that?

He cares about his patients. I really have had great luck with him .
