I am leaving this very low rating for Dr. O’Connell because I have had two scheduled follow up appointments with him. He has canceled last minute on both of the appointments. His office texts, emails and calls to confirm the day before and even the morning of so not sure how this can continue to happen? Someone needs to talk with him about his attendance issues.
