Had a nail removed. Walked in and immediately was seen, everywhere else was months of wait. Great attitude when told I was extremely tripaniphobic. Set cash price for entirety of care was very nice.
saw the doctor for Morton's neuroma a total of 4 times. 1st visit, he literally threw away my very expensive arch supports and taped foam to my feet. My second and 3rd visits he gave me cortisone shots in my foot. The second shot triggered complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). When he suggested a 3rd shot on my last visit, I had a panic attack from the thought of the pain I had from the two other shots. I thought I was having a heart attack. They don't have hardly any services at all. It's impossible to get an appointment, the staff block you at every turn and seem like they don't want any new customers.
Dr McShane is a great man and also a great podiatrist!
Dr. Mcshane is so skilled and knowledgeable. Very thorough and explains everything in a way anyone could understand. He is emphatic and can diagnose and treat the problem His entire staff is so professional and friendly. I'm sad he's retiring but it is well deserved!
