Dr. Malouf is friendly, CARING, and knowledgable. He never makes you wait and he never rushes you. He actually listens when you talk, and absorbs. I have nothing but the best compliments for his service. Jo at the front desk is wonderful too. And aside from all of the good side stuff, he also makes you feel better, physically! He has the DRX9000, which I haven't used yet, but I understand it's an awesome piece of equipment that has cured people of their pain! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Was this provider friendly? Yes
