Dr. Gleason is a fantastic Neurosurgeon if you're in need of surgery. I highly recommend him. Great guy and really a highly skilled surgeon.
He said my surgery would decrease my pain 90 percent and it did. Dr. Gleason nobody called me to tell me your office was permanently closed. I can't make it to my October 1, 2025 appointment good thing your closed.
1. He listened to my concerns. 2. He reviewed my history and medical films in depth. 3. His concern over my problems was genuine and he found the area that gave me problems.At the end of July I had back surgery.I am able to walk again and am working full time.

I went to Dr. Gleason hardly able to move and with all the care one person can give another he did surgery and the pain is gone.

He was terrible. Broke the vertebrae next to where he was using a bone to replace a disc, dropped that bone on the spinal cord, causing a spinal fluid leak, put screws in too far, causing a second surgery to reset them in two days when I was originally supposed to get out. I was hospitalized for nine days then spent 28 days in rehabilitation. I was on very strong medication until God healed me.
Dr. Gleason replaced a disc in my neck years ago, the first operation of its kind in the Wichita Falls area, where he practiced at that time. Everything went perfectly, and all these years later, I still have complete range of motion and absolutely no problems at all. I wouldn't trust anyone else, period.
Amazing Doctor, very profesional, experience, and inteligent on his job, he is very attentive and kind with patient and family, he listen to your questions and the time you need to feel better and understand base on the needs of the patient. I definately recommend him
In 2013 Dr. Gleason did major work on my back L1, L2 and L3. For over two years before I saw Dr. Gleason I lived with pain day in and day out. One day after the surgery I was up and walking...not running but walking. 30 days after the surgery there was no sign of pain in any way. Dr. Patrick Gleason is a awesome doctor. I really like his personality and the way that he speaks to me. He does not talk down to me like some doctors, and he is very compassionate and considerate of your time and well-being. He orders what needs to be ordered in the way of x-rays, or procedures. He is one of the top neurosurgeons in Corpus Christi. There is not that many, but he ranks at the top.
