I had cataract surgery recently and I was very happy with the results. Both Dr's Tsai and Mai were a pleasure to work with
Terrible experience at this practice. We were current/returning patients who just needed to make a new appointment with a new insurance authorization. we have Tricare. Tricare currently uses local referral from the Primary Care. The person on the phone refused to even listen to me. DEMANDING I PROVIDE an authorization. I explained to her as was explained to me the current insurance approval process. TRICARE Authorization is not required it is waived. the PCM and the local Tricare person create an authorization. First time there today and it was a great experience. I was terrified after being told I have glaucoma at a routine eye exam. Everyone in the office was so kind and courteous and the atmosphere calmed my nerves. Dr Tsai was very patient and kind even when I couldn't hold still a couple times due to anxiety. Very glad to have him as my specialist.
The staff is wonderful.I have Dr Tsai he very knowledgeable and :very willing to answer all my questions.its seems he doest give up on treatment.THANK YOU dr Tsai
