Everyone is kind and helpful.
Everyone at Dr. Yancey's is always very friendly and helpful from the receptionist to Doctor. I was greeted with a smile, Katie did a fabulous job with my cleaning, and Dr. Pat is always the best! Thank you to a great team!

The service and dental work was excellent.
Check the steps near the driveway for loose bricks or loose railing. On my last visit I fell from the second step down to the pavement. I messed up my knees and ankles. Actually they haven't healed up yet. One of your employees saw me fall. I just don't want someone that is unsteady to fall. If I had known before I left that I was hurt I would have come back in the office. Since I received the survey I thought I would let you know.

I really need dental insurance badly. Root canal $1020 and $920...... Crowns, etc $2324.50 I do not want to change dentist and I never will so I must find an insurance that will allow me to use my dentist. That is only problem that I have. Dr. Yancey is the best and I appreciate the excellent care that he has given me over the years.
