All was great. This was the first time for me to be seen by Patrick III. All went well and I was treated very well.
The professional and friendly staff make semi-annual visits a comfortable experience. The warm and welcoming family atmosphere eliminates any anxiety brought on by the usual dental office visit.
It is always a pleasure to visit the office. Very friendly environment.
I was in a pickle and I came in on short notice to get a problem tooth pulled....that another local Dentist said would have to crowned or pulled.....AND couldnt see me for almost a week ! HOWEVER, Dr Yancey got me right in the next day and then went WAY out of his way to save my tooth.....WITHOUT crowning it.....He really went the extra mile and I still have my tooth and its doing good! Everyone I have encountered - both Drs Yancey, their assistants, receptionist, accts recv - have all been especially friendly, professional, and informative. The garden view from the exam room window was so serene and calming. My only regret is not finding Yancey Dentistry years ago. Thank you.
