Dr. Pat responded to my "emergency" immediately and allayed my fears. Dr. Pat is a pragmatist and does not believe in performing extraordinary, expensive procedures, but, rather takes a common sense approach to dental procedures for seniors.
I have been using Dr. Yancey for 14-15 years. It has always been a treat dealing with "Dr. Pat." He has always taken the time to explain what is going on, what my options are and then respected whatever decision I make concerning my dental care. Very kind, thoughtful, compassionate and understanding service. Very, very hard to find this day and age.
I have been going to Doctor Yancey for 30 years now, and have actually paid higher dental premiums on my employer insurance plan to stay with him since he is out of my network. I completely trust Dr. Yancey.
