Did not end up letting him operate on me, but in the consultations it was clear that he thought very highly of his abilities. He told me that I should choose him because a different surgery would leave a larger scar, and that if he were my parent (I am an adult), he wouldn’t “want my body to be marred with an unnecessary scar.” Got the surgery I actually needed and turns out the surgery he wanted to do that he practically guaranteed results for would have resulted in me needing an additional surgery. My experience with Dr. Jackson was and has been the best medical office visit I have EVER had! From the reception check-in and the visit with Dr. Jackson is was amazing and I really felt like I was in good hands! Dr. Jackson went above and beyond with my visit with him as he took time to listen and start me on the path for the best care possible! Thank you so much! You and your staff are simply the best! ☺️
Dr. Jackson is a class act. Kind, humble, gentle, supportive. How many doctors apologize for running late, saying “your time is as valuable as mine”? How many doctors tell you it’s an honor to serve you? How many surgeons offer to hold your hand as the anesthesia takes effect? All this is Dr. Jackson’s M.O.and what is more, he is an excellent surgeon! I feel most fortunate to have been in his care.
