My experience with Dr Gillihan and his staff was 100% positive. He performed a joint replacement on one of my big toes. He is super relaxed and professional, and takes a great deal of time with each patient. I had a great outcome, with minimal pain. I would recommend him for any foot-related concerns.
I went to Dr Gillihan as the result of repeated ulcerations of the big toe on my right foot. He prescribed a course of action which included surgery to replace the joint on that toe. I was somewhat skeptical, but we followed his course of action including working around the fact that I am diabetic. I am an almost 78-year-old and I am totally satisfied with the care provided by Patrick Gillihan, DPM. I have seen him for both nail care and ankle problems. I find him to be very caring, concerned and professional in treating his patients. I would recommend him to anyone, no matter what age for foot and/or ankle problems. I feel I have been very lucky to find him.
