My child has been seeing Dr. Kilhenny for almost a decade. I recently got a letter in the mail for a $75 no show fee for an appointment that I never made! It was automatically made for 6 months at our last appointment when I was never given any information about it. We don’t even need follow ups like that! Staff never answers the phone. Billing is done poorly. Would not recommend based purely on staff. Dr. Kilhenny is nice.
I've had two appt.with Dr. KilHenny. He is so far a wonderful Doctor. He is very professional, takes his time. Has yrs of wisdom.
They never answer the phone. Been calling for a month now and no answer. Left message after message still nothing.
