I've had two appt.with Dr. KilHenny. He is so far a wonderful Doctor. He is very professional, takes his time. Has yrs of wisdom.
They never answer the phone. Been calling for a month now and no answer. Left message after message still nothing.
Honestly I have been trying for over a month to get an appointment. Tricare would tell me my referral was approved and I can call and make an appt. THE FRONT DESK would tell me he only takes case by case and he needs my doctor to send imaging and notes( I’m active duty by the way) I have called so many times and no one answers and they don’t return the call. I have a condition that could be impacting my eye sight and the front desk is wasting peoples time!!! I can’t speak on the doctor he might be great but he needs new staf... read more
