Great dentist and dental assistant. Terrible billing person... She tried to gouge me for money and then argued with the insurance company in order to hold on to the money that they should have never been paid in the first place. On top of that she would not listen and talked down to me as if I was stupid. She kept saying maybe I need to show you on paper so that you will understand. We're sorry to hear your experience wasn't completely five star. The $250 would have been what the insurance companies would pay per their contracted fees, not what the procedure was worth. Today was my first day at Cieplak Dental. And I had a great time and everyone was nice and helpful from the time I walk in the door. Mr. C sit down and talk to me about everything and made me feel very relax and calm. I would tell anyone if you are looking for a new dentist and for someone who care about there patients Mr. C is the place to be. Thanks again for everything
