We are trying not to be disappointed but cannot overcome it. My son had knee surgery with Dr. Henderson 4 months ago. He recently was inadvertently stepped on and that caused knee pain and swelling at the surgical site. We sought care at Tucson Orthopedic After Hours Clinic for diagnosis and imaging and was told there to follow up with Dr. Henderson. He was dismissive and unkind. He acted like following our PCP instructions was an ignorant thing to do. He explained the diagnosis but he treatment plan was contrary to all other opinions and the way he spoke to a child was shocking. My daughter cried following the appointment because of the way Dr Henderson spoke to her. Gaslighting women’s pain apparently starts at a young age in this office.
Unconcerned for patient or their needs , concerns, and even basic general questions
Have struggled to receive ANY follow up care since surgery. Cannot get referral for physical therapy even though that is needed. Cannot get doctor to return phone calls. Surgery was 2.5 months ago. Have been trying to get help for over 4 weeks!!
Child seen by Dr. Henderson. Dr. Henderson is knowledgeable, well spoken, well groomed with an extensive staff & great to work with.
New young doctor in the office. Very up to date on new procedures. great office staff
