Ineffective treatment & poor service: I decided to try a generic brand of “Invisalign” called “Sure Smile” through Dr. Cross’ office as he advertised that he offers Sure Smile clear aligners. I went into treatment with high hopes of achieving a straighter smile, but unfortunately treatment fell short of this expectation. I completed 11 out of 14 aligners that were provided to me with 0 improvement or movement to my teeth despite following the instructions to wear my aligners all day.
