My husband was having chest pain and we had Dr Meadors as our ER physician. She was thorough, skilled, and talked us through everything that was happening. I cannot speak highly enough about the care she and the team at Piedmont gave us. My husband did have a heart attack and recovered perfectly because of her swift and capable care.

Dr. Meadors is the best ER doctor I have encountered in Atlanta. She was assigned to my mother and examined her thoroughly. I was most impressed by Dr. Meadors bedside manner and the way she engaged my mother who has Alzheimer's disease. She talked directly to my mother and asked her questions and waited for her response. Dr. Meadors went above and beyond in providing care during my trip to the Piedmont ER. She was extremely polite and kind, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. She recommended the proper tests, and diagnosed my problem correctly. She even took the time to call me a few days after my visit to make sure that I was feeling better--this level of care is not usually found in an ER doctor because they see so many patients in a day. I highly recommend Dr. Meadors and the Piedmont ER.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Meadors to anyone. She's out dated and needs to take a refresh course on current research regarding certain common emergency room ailments. If she's too stubborn to do that, then she should, at least, be willing to swallow her pride and call a specialist on call. And if that fails, then she should quit. Lacks bedside manner and professionalism. Kindness will get you much further in life, I promise!
