Went for an eye exam a few weeks ago got my new prescription and filled it right away by a different optical, prescription was not working out for me and decided to give them a call (already advised I was overcorrected) I was told to go back to the optical place and ask them to check measurements, fit,etc, which they did and found nothing wrong. I had the best experience at Dr Finks office. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the doctors are amazing. I love the glasses I got from their office and they have tons of variety/high quality brands.
I’m a young woman who works in customer service myself, and I have never experienced customer service this poor. This was my first time visiting an eye doctor, and I personally took the initiative to make the appointment. I had such a wonderful experience at Dr. Fink’s office. Mr. Singh was exceptional—he took the time to thoroughly explain why my eyes were dry, what was causing it and the best steps we can take to improve it. I left the appointment feeling so much more informed and confident. It was clear he genuinely cares about his patients and his passion for eye health really shines through.
