Dr. Richard office was clean. Her receptionist was friendly. Dr. Richards is knowledgeable in her specialization. She took time in understanding my son's TMJ issue and gathered information before coming to a determination on his physical complaint. She is professional and approachable. Easy to talk to. She has state of the art equipment and was able to take x-rays in her office and explain the result. She was able to develop a plan of action before we left our initial session. We feel like we were in good hands with her.
I love coming to doctor Pat. She is very knowledgeable.Her office has all of the latest high tech Machinery. She even has a machine that does a three d cat scan right in her office.It is very cool. Everyone there is very nice.

Very caring doctor who helped me with my TMJ
I’m so very thankful for Dr. Richard. She took time to find out what is the cause of my neck pain, headaches and jaw pain. I have complete faith that she can help me. She’s a blessing.
What the title says. I waited 90 minutes for her to see me, only to abruptly say she couldn’t help me ~10 minutes into our session without explanation. I forgot my credit card at home so I used the credit card with my husband’s name on it and she seemed uncomfortable with “someone else paying”, even though we have a joint account. I ended up having a tooth restored 2 weeks later which eliminated 80% of the worst symptoms, go figure. Dr. Richard was nothing short of amazing during my visits to her office. Her staff, Rachel and Marilyn, were superb as well. Dr. Richard was compassionate and spent much time with me. She listened to my concerns and offered solutions within the first visit. Kind, good sense of humor, knowledgable, and really cares about her patients. So glad I found Dr. Richard to begin my healing journey when no one else had answers for me.
She is wonderful and very knowledgeable in TMJ. She helped me in just a few appointments.
