I've been in very dark place lately. Really not who I normally am. My normal has shifted dramatically and it became overwhelming to deal with the realities I'm facing. Dr. Grice was able and willing to help me see the path I have to accept and face regardless how uncomfortable it will be. I very much appreciate her input.
