I will miss Doctor Grice. So will my husband. She has been a wonderful doctor. It is a shame that all of Premier's cost-cutting measures are causing so many doctors to leave. ?
Check-in with the receptionist went as follows: "Name and birthdate." Then I was asked the usual Covid exposure questions. Then "Okay." No "Thank you. Please have a seat and we'll call you back soon or be right with you." No "Name and birthdate, PLEASE." No "Hi, may I help you?" Are common courtesies not applied during the receptionist check-in any longer? (The nurse and Dr. Grice were awesome - always courteous, caring, helpful and professional.)

I am not informed as to how I will get my test results as I know they will be on My Chart. Dr. Grice always follows up on My Chart with a message about the results.
I like my Dr. but it is usually hard to get an appointment when we need it.
Dr. Grice always makes me feel comfortable and respected. She's a caring doctor and I appreciate that.
Dr. Grice looks out for her patients and helps them come up with a plan to improve their health.
I was taken to my appointment in a timely manner. Didn't have to wait long to see the Doctor after e trying the waiting area.
