Dr Mahmood is wonderful, no doubt about it. But the lady in charge of sending the insurance claims; she was very rude to us. She made us feel like we were cheating on the insurance company all because she had problems sending in the claims.It was her mistake not ours. We were thinking on changing doctor; but that means we have to start all over again with tests and therapies.
