Dr. Patel is wonderful. She's a no nonsense doctor and gives you her full attention when you are there. I'm so happy I started going here. My entire family goes to this office.
Dr. Patel is friendly, caring, and thorough. She has also been flexible with our family when we had needs.
Entirely unprofessional, poor bedside manner, very judgemental and unhelpful. I would not recommend Dr. Patel to my worst of enemies. Her ability to help patients seems completely absent and her understanding of patient conditions seems even more lacking. She was incredibly judgemental about the problems that I am suffering with and told me several times that she was "uncomfortable" without any further explanation. Patel is a joke, go to someone who will not waste you time.
Dr Patel always makes me feel like I am her most important patient, and I am never rushed. Each time that she has not quickly seen me, it was because a previous patient needed a few more minutes, not because she has overbooked. I appreciate her caring demeanour, and attention to detail. I have recommended her to my family and feel that she is one of the most competent professionals in her field.
Dr. Patel is one of the most caring doctors I have been to. She treated my grandparents for years and now I feel so blessed to be able to go to her as well. She takes her time and makes sure you understand what is going on with your health. All of the office staff is very friendly and helpful. I am so glad she is my doctor!!
Dr. Patel is a wonderful doctor. My family has been going to her for years. She has always listened to us and answered any questions we had. Times when my children were sick, she'd call after hours or on weekends to check on them. I've never had a more caring doctor. The wait can sometimes be longer than I'd like, but she's worth it.
When I went for my appointment today, after waiting 45 minutes she came into the office stood almost toe to toe while I was sitting down and very rudely told me she refused to see me based on my coverage. I explained that I understood the coverage and would pay in advance for the appointment and blood work and she again refused. I am stunned at how rude and disrespectful she treated me in front of employees and other patients as she escorted me out of her office as if I were a criminal trying
