It is very difficult to reach someone in the office and the medical assistant's voicemail is always full which makes it frustrating to deal with them. Also I would have preferred to meet Dr Singh prior to my procedure but apparently that's not how it is done.

Hi This is Dr Singh. Firstly I am very sorry to hear of your bad experience with my practice. My medical assistant was off work for a few days and given the high volume of calls, the mailbox quickly became full. I am trying to increase the capacity. In case any patient wishes to meet me prior to any scheduled procedure, my staff has clear directions to schedule an office appointment. I ALWAYS talk to every patient prior to starting any procedure and answer any questions that he/she may have.
Really appreciate Dr. Singh's attention, he REALLY listens, and is great at explaining not only how he wants to proceed, but will explain why as well... Looking forward to working with him to figure out my problems and get me to the best health possible for me...

Dr. Singh, where can I start?? He truly is one of a few that have a PASSION for making his patients life the best it can be. I had extremely bad intestinal pain for 2 years. In that time I went thru 3 other gastroenterology doctors with no help and went to emergency room multiple times, they new me by name. After seeing him my life last 8 months, no emergency room, im back to work, do not wake up in pain middle of the night.. Passionate, caring, extremely excellent THE BEST DR. IN SHASTA COUNTY!
Dr. Singh has been my primary doctor since October, 2016. I have severe Crohn's Disease and suffered a perforated bowel. Dr. Singh has been extremely proactive in my care in an effort to recover some of the good health that I once had. Dr. Singh is very easy to talk with, knowledgeable, and has a sweet sense of humor. He truly seems to care about me as a person and will call me by phone when I need clarification or a recommendation that can be handled outside of an appointment.
Dr Singh was committed to determining the cause of and solution for my medical problem. I appreciate his expert knowledge, his persistence in finding a solution, and the professionalism with which he treats his patients.
Very impressed with his process and procedures. I suggest Dr Singh to everyone.
Good office staff minus his wife(wifes should stay home), she confused me about my procedure but when I called back and spoke to Shannon she apologized and figured everything out for me, his medical assistant was very helpful with my medication authorization, as well. I love the Doctor himself, very patient and understanding and thorough
I have been seeing Dr. Singh since 4/16 he is a smart Dr. and actually will sit down and talk with you, if you have a question he will call you back in person. I have Crohns and IBS he changed my med's around so my pain should go away , best Dr. ever .
