I keep getting rescheduled for my annual because the doctor get scheduled for surgery, then they have no opening for 7 months. I have been a patient for 40 years and feel like they just got to big and the service is terrible now. Going to look for another doctor
Rude staff . The practice is so big they no longer care about losing you as a patient. When I had a bad experience the office manger would not speak to me nor would doctor return my calls to discuss.
