doctors are good... but waiting for 3hrs in the lobby is ridiculous!!
We've been here for 3 hours and are still waiting to see the Doctor. I don't know why they overbook or why they don't have more doctors available. Horrible service....
RecommendedIt was a fast and friendly service. Dr. Shah was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I was able to call in the morning for an afternoon appointment. Forms were typed with our information already and just needed few signatures when we got there. We didn’t have to do all the forms since information was gathered over the phone. We will definitely come next year for our annual checkup!
The optical in Laredo I am sorry to say horrible experience and customer service! I have never been so angry and im sorry I post my patience with them. Waiting a month for sunglasses just to have them say we cannot work on them...somebody dropped the ball bigtime !!!!!!
My family and I had the worst experience EVER!! They gave me the run around as soon as they collected their part from our insurance. Their return policies are horrific and they don’t even follow their own rules. Just so that everyone knows I am talking about the LAREDO location. For the record if you ever go don’t plan on changing your mind or have any issues with your glasses cause they don’t care.
RecommendedSeen Dr. Shah for several issues since 2008 and always receive excellent care with all my question answered. Very polite and attentive staff.
RecommendedEveryone very nice and helped to make a scary time much easier. Can’t wait to see how great my daughter ,who has worn glasses since she was 4, see after having Lasik surgery today. Thank you to Dr Shah and all his wonderful employees.

I had an appt scheduled last week on Monday, first thing that greeted us in was this putrid odor. So I tried brushing it off sat in the lobby, I sat there I noticed the employees faces I'm sure they were disgusted by the smell I couldn't help but feel sorry for them. Oh boy did I try but I couldn't so I asked to be rescheduled to this Monday.
