RecommendedBeen here twice with my father. Highly recommend. The entire staff is really nice and the treatment is wonderful. My father's eye doctor is really caring. Love her even though she's not fluent in Spanish, she makes the effort. I see why my father loves coming here.
They schedule too many people at same time, and then you have to wait too long to get in. If you complain, you will be delayed to be last. If you try and complain, they will tell you no manager is on site at time. Very bad attitude by front receptionist, uncaring.

RecommendedIf you have major vision issues, I personally recommend, Dr. Alcantar from Shah Eye Center located in the Rio Grande Valley. Back in 2012, he helped discover that I was not able to see out of my left eye due to a bad cornea (kerataconis). In 2017, I saw an eye doctor in San Antonio and right away couldn't see close up with my new glasses. Peter and I just thought it would take time to adjust. It just got worse and not better.
