RecommendedBeen here twice with my father. Highly recommend. The entire staff is really nice and the treatment is wonderful. My father's eye doctor is really caring. Love her even though she's not fluent in Spanish, she makes the effort. I see why my father loves coming here.
They schedule too many people at same time, and then you have to wait too long to get in. If you complain, you will be delayed to be last. If you try and complain, they will tell you no manager is on site at time. Very bad attitude by front receptionist, uncaring.

doctors are good... but waiting for 3hrs in the lobby is ridiculous!!
Why would they call you three times the day before my appointment to confirm, only to make me wait 1 hour before calling me in. It would have been longer if I had not complained at 30 min and then again at 55 minutes. Ironically, they have a sign that reads “If your clinical wait time exceeds 30 min., please notify our technician assistant.” Just this morning, over 15 people were eligible to do this. We were moved to the second waiting room just to wait some more with another group of people.
