Flawless. Warm. Caring. No ego. Took time to listen to explain to answer all my questions to make sure I was emotionally intact. Came highly recommended for her medical expertise. Instilled trust. Had same experience 6 yrs ago when brought family member to her. Office staff is superb
Had complications from surgery and called her office after hours, nothing but a busy signal. No way to reach her on a Friday night or all weekend long. She did not return call during office hours and had receptionist call me to tell me she'd talk to me at post op visit. Post op visit is 3 weeks after surgery. I have found her to be cold, clueless and arrogant. Run in the other direction.....
Very arrogant doesn't listen to her patient, difficulty getting follow up appointments.
Dr Benitez is an excellent doctor. She answers all you questions, she is very thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner. I have recommended her to my friends and family and will continue to do so. I thank God for the gifts he has given her in the medical field. She has operated on me twice.
I was given a couple names from obgyn, and then more names from people who worked at WBH-Royal Oak MI. Dr. Benitez was always raved about, even from someone working over 100 miles away. I had some suggest I get a second opinion but I new I didn't have to.
