Dr. Quinn has always been very kind and accurate in her care of my mother. She always takes time to listen to the patient. She does however make up her mind very quickly and sticks with what has worked for her in her 20 year career. She does not like patients to have to wait a long time to see her and tries her best to see patients as quickly as possible. Anyway, my mother is 87 years old and Dr. Quinn has helped her to function as well as possible with her numerous medical issues.
Very rushed, & does not take specific medical questions well. Likes to use medical jargon, but when you talk to her in her own language, she reverts to non-specifics, and feigns thoughtfulness (more aptly confusio) and has to leave the room to go "check on something" (twice in my last visit) which she should have already known. She didn't even bother to do a standard nerve conductivity test, just simply had me squeeze her fingers and walk across the room.
The staff is so rude and will never make my child an appt. when he's sick. They always tell me to go to the ER, even for something like a sore throat, why even have a doctor? I've always loved DR. D. but her staff is ridiculous , I have to have someone who can actually see my child. Also she always incorrectly diagnoses my child. She told me he had a cows milk protein allergy, but when the hospital did a reflux test it was reflux, she told me his rash was a virus going away, it was pneumonia.
Dr. Quinn Is A Awesome Neurologist !!!! She, Has Helped Me 150% !!!! I Would, Totally Recommend Her !!!! She Is A Angel !!!!! =)
I have seen Dr. Quinn several times and she is always very friendly. She also takes the time to listen to you and seems to care about her patients. This means a lot to me.
my mother had a slow progressing type of alzheimer's when i moved with her to arab, and my mother started seeing dr quinn for this soon afterward. dr quinn was always kind to her, even when she was being difficult, and dr quinn continued to be a wonderful doctor to her until she became bedridden and went on hospice, at which time she stopped seeing dr quinn. highly recommend dr quinn to anybody looking for a doctor to treat alzheimer's. questions below are answered as relate my mother (not me).
This pediatrician is going to discontinue to see my son because I had my grandmother's funeral to attend. Her rude receptionist claims that I have missed 4 appointments without calling. I know this is a lie, if I had missed 4 appointments, then that is technically all of his appointments and that's not even possible because this last appointment was for his shots and won't be seen again for them until he is 4. So good luck if you ever need to count on these people for cooperation!
Most of the time, they could not get my children in for an appointment and told me to go to a clinic. Why have a doctor then? She is wonderful....my kids love her, I love her! She is great with them! I've got to have someone that can see my children when they are sick, though. After posting something on social media that did not state her name or the name of her practice, my kids were dismissed from her practice!
