All 5 kids went to this practice 2 are still under her care. I have seen major changes in staff over the years. One thing remains steadfast is her knowledge. She may do a quick glance over of the kids however she listens and gives the diagnosis based on all factors. Good doctors are hard to find and I will miss her when she seeks retirement.
If I can put a "0" star I would. We went to this office twice in 2018. I am not gonna lie back then everything was OK, the problems came later in summer 2019 in the form of over $500 bill. When we originally went to the office we provided my daughter insurance which was regular 12 months follow-up. Second time we went for an 18 month follow-up and gave old and new insurance, receptionist said that they got everything, we saw dr and left. Dr. Mancini has been our family pediatrician for almost 11 years. Her service to our 10 and 3 year old is wonderful. She listens to concerns, is patient, is professional, and gives you honest feedback. She also takes into consideration your concerns, especially as evidenced with our youngest's early skin issues. Highly recommend.
Excellent doctor. I like that she also trusts a mother's instinct.
