RecommendedHave been going to Dr. Pal's office for 13 years. Always had a good experience with Drs. Pal and Dr. Igo vets and techs. My dog is 13. i had questions regarding her health. I called and told receptionist my concerns. put me on hold, and Dr. Pal got on phone and told me to bring her next day he would examine dropped her off. Took my cat in for shots/check up and had a great experience. Appointment was right on time and everyone I interacted with was super nice and helpful! All my questions answered. Would recommend!
Horrible customer service! They cut my dog's hair way too short (knowing my dog has skin irritation problems). With such a short hair cut given, it left my beloved dog scabbed up. Brought my dog back to show them what they did, but they would not take the fault at their own mistake!
We just had the most infuriating experience at Dr. Pal’s today. We were supposed to be boarding our dogs with them this weekend, but after witnessing the abrasive treatment they got from an extremely rude woman named Susan in just a matter of minutes of being there, my husband and I turned right around and left. We were shocked that a person with such a bitter and unpleasant demeanor would be in charge of taking care of our pets. I gave Susan a piece of my mind before we walked out the door with our dogs. Great staff - great service!
Worst experience ever. I will never again take my dogs to Dr. Pal’s animal practice. I take 2 dogs there and my parents take 3. My parent’s 16 year old dog is dying and they refused to make an emergency appointment to see her. I tried to call and was appalled at the way the vet tech/receptionist spoke to me as a customer. Rude and unprofessional. Dr. Pal would be so embarrassed I’m sure knowing his staff treated my parents and me this way. I will never take my girls there again. I am so upset and shocked by this experience.
Our little furry friend loves treats. Lol. Have never had any problems trying to get my puppy to visit dr pals office. She goes almost every month for a routine grooming and has recently been more involved due to shots... Schedule works around my available times. appointment remainder calls. Follow up care calls. Truly a blessing to know our little girl is respected and well cared for outside the office. See you again soon!
