Defino al doctor en una palabra: maravilloso. Es empático, calmado, honesto, sabe escuchar. Me brinda mucha tranquilidad. En general el trato del personal del hospital es muy bueno.
I have had the most unprofessional experience with this doctor- was rude and very short in the visit. Went in on a Wednesday and was told a couple days for results which would mean Friday. It has now been a week and still no results. Called the office daily with no return follow up. It has now been a week since my visit and was told the labs do not have my sample. After speaking with the Office Manager, the doctor did NOT even perform the standard steps that a good doctor would for diagnosis!
Dr. Palmer Mackie is a excellent doctor located at IU health north. Takes time with a patient and listens. I highly recommend
Great doctor!!! Except…. He quit without notice when he was my pain doctor a few years ago at Eskenazi and just quit without notice as my primary care doctor at Oak Street Health!
