RecommendedPaige and her team are absolutely amazing. They not only care about your teeth, but they care about you as a person. They offer the best dental care I have ever experienced, and make going to the dentist fun.
Dr. Woods is an amazing person and a wonderful dentist. She is a holistic based and only recommends treatment that is absolutely necessary. At both my appointments, she put me at ease and made me feel like I mattered. I usually avoid going to the dentist but she will definitely be my dentist of choice going forward. Her staff are also courteous and helpful. The whole vibe at Brighton Dental is very welcoming.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Paige Woods or her team - she is by far the best dentist in San Diego (I've been to a dozen dentists in town having grown up here) she always comes through for me. Dr. Woods and her team are an amazing group of people. I was very impressed with the quality of care. They are very efficient and thorough, and I can tell they work very well together as a team. I need a lot of work done and was a little bit nervous. Dr. Woods explained everything I would need to have done, gave me options, and put me at ease by making a strategy of what we would tackle first. I usually avoid the dentist. I'm actually looking forward to returning!

Dr. Woods and her staff got me in for emergency crown and stayed late just to complete my work! They communicated their process the entire time and consistently asked for my permission on things (billing and procedures as they were being done). I felt valued and respected as a client.
