Dr. Carolan is absolutely a 5-Star physician! Office staff members vary from 4-stars (helpful, friendly), to 1-Star (rude, totally unhelpful, many mistakes). . I'm a health care professional, and would fire a couple of them immediately. If you don't like dealing with people, don't work front office in a medical practice!
First off let me start by stating that the receptionist to this sad excuse of a doctors office, are the most unfriendly, unkind, and poor understanding people. Dr. Carolan is just "OKAY", we won't really talk about the lack of sympathy one feels when being seen by him. Therefore, he is not even close to what someone needs a doctor to be. Now, I don't want to give to much away about my identity because when a switch doctors, I don't want them to charge me to have my records sent. However, back t

My first visit I was charged $65 for the doctor to tell me I was sick. 1 month and 1 antibiotic later, I'm still sick. I called the office 3 times yesterday leaving 2 messages for Olivia who never called me back. The 3rd time I called they rudely told me they got my messages and were waiting on the doctor. I called 3 times today before anyone answered and Olivia told me the doctor was OFF TODAY! No one ever called to update me and now I won't have my meds until maybe Monday, but probably not.
It is refreshing to have a doctor sit and take the time to listen. He doesn't dismiss patient concerns and takes action to remedy the problem. I suffered with an under active thyroid for years...all doctors that I saw told me I was fine, just getting older and was busy so I was tired. Dr Carolyn figured it out and I feel so much better now!!!! I recommend him highly!!!
